30% Deposit before allocation of plot and commencement of work.
30% at lintel
30% after roofing
10% at completion before handing over

Forms of Payment

Cash, International Money Order, bank drafts and bank transfer.

Expected period of completion will be twelve month and fifteen months ( for EDH 2, EDH3C and EDH6) after initial deposit (30% deposit)

Note: Allocation subject to availability. Premiums required on certain plots, Plan description and areas may vary. Payment may be made in Ghanaian Cedi equivalent at current exchange rate. All prices are subject to change.
