Edlorm was established in June 1993 as a Building Construction and Civil Engineering Company. Apart from the long lasting quest of the directors to be in the building industry, the company was set up to help solve the Constructional needs in Ghana, and also to create jobs for some of the many unemployed in the country. Since its inception, we have worked with some notable institutions such as:
building and renovating many of their offices and bungalows. Being careful not to be over reliant on Government projects, we took the initiative to get work from the Private sector in Ghana, and also reached out to Ghanaians living abroad. For this category, we pre-finance their building projects back home.
With the decision to go into real estate development, we started by putting up executive buildings both in Weija and in East Legon Accra. Even though the response of these have been very encouraging, we decided not to leave the average home owners out, hence the decision to build quality but affordable homes also.
We feel humbled by these modest achievments in our 15 years of existance.
It is every company’s wish to grow, but for us at Edlorm, growth is relative depending on the dreams and aspirations of every company. Having distinguished ourselves in the building construction and civil engineering industry, our goal is to make a bigger impact in the real estate sector. Providing quality and affordable housing for the many that have that need.
